Shipping Policy
We offer sea, air, and land freight as well as express delivery.
Normally, the specific options depend on the quantity of the order.
We use UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT or other shipping agents as your request.
How long does delivery take?
Logistics timeliness depends on the destination, different shipping methods and carriers. Please contact our sales representatives for specific shipping timeliness.
Please note that there are a few circumstances that may cause some items to take longer than usual:
- International shipping: If an item needs to be shipped across borders, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures and other international shipping regulations. This can add additional time to the delivery process.
- Unexpected events: Unforeseen events like extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or a global pandemic (such as COVID-19) can disrupt supply chains and cause delays in shipping.
What countries do you ship to?
We can ship to most countries worldwide, with the following exceptions:
- Nations under United Nations sanctions.
- Countries experiencing severe conflicts, natural disasters, or complete international logistics disruption.
- Some extremely remote islands and overseas territories.
- Delivery availability may vary depending on specific products. Please consult our sales representative for details.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, our customer service team will send you a notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. We will not replace the order or issue a refund.
Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 48 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us.
